Traditional A36C + hold down bar
Warp Stop Motion with 6 bars, gauge 30mm. Base version or with Led control. Five drop wire separation rods D.8. Suggested model for thick and not regular yarns.
Traditional A68C + hold down bar
Warp Stop Motion with 8 bars, gauge 16mm. Base version or with Led control. Seven drop wire separation rods in section 18x2mm. Suggested model for thin and delicate yarns.
Traditional A625/7
Model dedicated to specific needs (wire tension/elasticity parameters): ensures sensitive detection and production continuity.
Traditional 2/4-row Loop-Ground
Configuration designed to manage tensions and response times (loop/ground) differently, suitable for warp significant variations; available with 2 or 4 rows.
LED-controlled versions: available on all the above configurations to immediately identify the fault area and reduce downtime.

The EffeDi Meccanotek warp stop motion is designed to ensure reliability, detection sensitivity, and adaptability to any industrial loom.

Optical display of thread breaks, separately for the right and left sides, for immediate control.
Light alloy bearing parts and polished stainless steel oval tubes improve warp flow and reduce thread wear.
Optional "hold down bar" device prevents the vertical opening of threads due to the movement of the healds, increasing weaving stability.
Compact and robust structure, easily adaptable to all major looms on the market.
Contact bars made of stainless steel, material that prevents rust; polyester insulation obtained through a proven construction technique.
Easy height adjustment between contact rods and oval tubes for quick and precise calibration.
